Die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und sympathisch und die Aussicht auf das umliegende Bergpanorama einfach grandios. Südtirol vom Feinsten! Wir können den Brückenwirt wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!"

"Ristorante-Pizzeria nel pieno centro di Sarentino, il locale ha a disposizione anche un piccolo terrazzino per mangiare all'aperto con vista sul torrente sottostante. Provato il menu riguardante le pizze, l'offerta è molto ampia ma cosa più importante la qualità è buona. Prezzi nella norma o forse anche al di sotto(in rapporto agli altri locali del paese e dell'Alto Adige). Quando il locale è pieno bisogna avere un po di pazienza ed attendere per essere serviti."

"Tasty and homely spot in the village of Sarentino. Small but concise menu, the dishes were well-cooked, flavourful and the meats were tender. Traditional cuisine from the area, including a superb dish I haven't seen elsewhere, the schöpsernes (braised mutton). Beautiful view of the river, village and valley from the terrace as well."
